Absolutely spotless, modern and clean!Wonderful, helpful and cheerful staff.Perfect location, short work to the beach and a short walk to Kos harbous and town.Room has everything you need for your stay with plenty of space and a lovely balcony.

The location is superb; 300 meters from Yunus Square and 500 meters from the sea. There's a market, bakery, and car rental nearby.The rooms are large and clean. A microwave, washing machine, kitchenware, Nespresso, iron and ironing board, and a clothesline on the balcony are all well-equipped.The reception staff is excellent.

"Excellent stay in Kos"

The showers in ASPA were the best. The elevator is a nice to have for the luggage. Very well managed, the place is clean and the rooms well thought out and newish. The location is central and very convenient. Large supermarket within a few minutes walk.

Very nice apartment. Clean. We didn’t use the kitchen but it has everything you need. The Nespresso machine is a nice plus! Close to Kos town and the beach. Also we were offered a late check out (17u) free of charge. Thank you so much

fantastic accommodation, clean, equipped with every comfort, welcoming and with an excellent location. you can go out in the evening and reach the center with a pleasant walk even with children in tow. kind and helpful staff. impeccable service. highly recommended

"Great to enjoy KOS."

Location is perfect, only 3 to 4 minutes walking from downtown, but still far enough to rest and not listen tourists noise. Many restaurants and shops around. Beach is super close, also maritime port to Bodrum, everything at walking distance.
